At American Technical Publishers (ATP), we are working to provide access to our materials for all learners. We strive to develop engaging and effective training products that enable individuals to attain the skills that help promote a better quality of life and continue the transfer of knowledge from generation to generation.


Accessibility means enabling every learner to use a product in a way that delivers a meaningful learning experience. ATP is taking active steps to make sure our products adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA/Section 508.

• For ATP products released prior to summer 2020, we are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 AA guidelines.

• For ATP products with a copyright 2022 and beyond, we are working to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

eTextbook Options
Students can purchase their own accessible eTextbook directly from ATP by visiting atplearning.com. Alternatively, eTextbooks can be purchased via VitalSource or RedShelf.

Alternative Format Requests
Requests for alternative versions of ATP products for use by an individual with a qualified disability are welcomed. ATP has PDF and Kurzweil Files available for many titles. These files are locked for copyright protection purposes and may not be altered, distributed, displayed or made available for download to anyone but the authorized student.

Accommodation Requests
If a new printed ATP textbook is purchased and a student requires a digital accommodation, ATP will provide, with proof of purchase, a locked PDF or Kurzweil file to an institution’s Disability Support Services Office for use by a qualified instructor within the United States or Canada. Note: Requests from countries outside of the United States and Canada will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

ATP does not offer audio, Braille, or large print versions of our textbooks but we will grant permission to have our PDFs converted into the appropriate format. Simply submit your request to Nicole Nelson at Nicole.Nelson@atplearning.com.
